Safety first

We hope that you have all stayed safe and managed to get some semblance of a summer holiday. Your tireless committee has been working on our plans to return to the game, and we’re happy to share them now.

It is important that we consider everyone’s safety and wellbeing in our planning. We’re working to England Lacrosse’s recommendations and adapting them for our. We will tell you more when we see you… but here’s what you need to know:
• everyone playing needs to be a registered club member (even if on trial) and have RSVPd on our app at least 48hours prior to play (more on this below)
• all players and spectators need to be temperature checked – and will be sent home if at or over 37.5C (so please arrive promptly and don’t let your lift leave before you’re checked!)
• we will maintain a register of all players and need them to sign in and out of the sessions
• all players need to bring their own labelled water, goggles and stick – if anyone needs a loan stick or goggles, we will keep a register and you will be able to keep these until you have your own.
• all players are asked to bring two tops of contrasting colour (ie light and dark) that can be layered to use instead of bibs
• all practice sessions will be managed in small groups and will also be distanced (ie 2 metre rule for everyone).

Our Covid Officer is Becs Davies who can be reach via 07398 175556 with any questions, and should be informed if anyone develops symptoms, tests positive or has been in contact with anyone with the virus. This is to comply with Track & Trace requirements.
